I actually feel like I released something I wasn’t aware I was holding on to. My jaw feels better and the pain in my neck feels like it’s about 80% better and still releasing slowly. I closed my eyes for part of it. Love your voice and the music is not overbearing. Also this might be silly but the calm and neutral expression on your face does also help. I watched another video before this one and she was smiling the whole time which for some reason distracted me. Lol. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This was very relaxing. Your voice is so calming it made me kind of fall asleep for a few seconds. I have to say I was skeptical of the distance Reiki but the pain improved. :) I am a nurse practitioner too taking integrative health classes at UMN. Learning a lot and loving it. Thank you!
