When gathering my team I can't seem to access Orion, it won't let me move the 4 rows of heros up so I can access Orion in the 5th lower row, what am I doing wrong???

I have been trying to find the BEST team and i id beats 140 in 2 minutes no buffs needed : celest with axel nebula with cain orion with khoras augustus with merlin thea with mara and albus pet note i and others in our silver liage guild are searching for a team for 150 it can survive against 150 but cant kill it no buffs we use buiscuit and use a sacrifical tank for eg aurora with oliver to make it so that celest can get in to ligth in time
