I didn’t realize Merle sang until I saw her this week on The View. I was floored! I was like, why wasn’t Gigi and Charity doing a duet in the church? I also didn’t realize that Deborah Joy had never recorded before coming from the family she’s from. They both are wonderful actors and singers!

This was a fantastic interview. I also loved seeing more of Deborah’s personality! She’s a natural storyteller.
