    I have a question, as you said in the lecture that if rest.force is max. than acceleration is max.. its mean that acceleration depends on force, but acceleration is change in velocity with respect to time,so why cant we see acceleration on the basis of velocity

      Frequency of mass attached to spring is
      f=1/T
      f=1/2π √m/k
      f=1/2π(√k/m)
      This is the frequency of mass attached to spring 😊

    Aoa respected sir! I have a question, according to Newton's second law whenever there is force there is acceleration... when body goes from mean position to extreme, there is decrease in velocity so acceleration due to applied force must be in opposite direction (towards mean). Then why we say acceleration is produced only due to restoring force?? why not applied force?

      Restoring force is equal to applied force but in the opposite direction. Actually, applied force is simply changing to restoring force. And remember that you are considering two different situations. 1st in which body is free to move, not attached to any string. But in 2nd case, the body is not free. So please discuss this separately.

Jab mass means se extreme ki tarf ja rha hai, to acceleration mean position ki tarf aur displacement ki direction from mean to extreme hui, jahan ye bat satisfy hoti hai k acceleration aur displacement opposite direction mein hain.
      Lekin jab hum extreme pe ja k mass ko chor den, tab acceleration to mean ki tarf hi hoga , because hmesha wo means ki tarf hota hai,but is bar body extreme se mean ki tarf ja rhi hai, Kya is Baar acceleration aur displacement dono same direction mein na huwe? Jab k hum ye bolte hain k acceleration aur displacement always ik doosre k opposite hote
