Broccoli Cornbread Recipe

Recipe for Broccoli cornbread:
1 Box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
4 Eggs
1 Stick of Butter ( Melted )
1 tsp Salt
1 Small Onion
8 oz. of Thawed or Frozen Chopped Broccoli
6 oz. Cottage Cheese
Mix all ingredients together
Poor Mixture in a well Greased 3x9in Pan
Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 Minutes.
