I got mine from am awesome online craft store called Fred Aldous. just search funky foam in the search box, and they have loads of colours to choose from. I got the shiny paper from Staples and the Velcro from a fabric shop. I am making a take on Jeff Hardy's immortal title and everything is great. Hope my longest comment ever was helpful! :)
