Helps me a TON knowing even these guys get nervous about certain jumps and just riding in general..it legit helps me so much. Because i always sack up and do what needs done but im always battling nerves and i feel like its just me..especially on the gate or leading up to a race that whole day is just horrible for me and i have raced for over 19 years
Nervousness is another form of excitement! Nothing wrong with it man it's healthy.
That feeling means you're about to feel as good after as you feel nervous before.
Dude i feel the same exact way in dirt racing. Also seems like im the only one who has bad nerves bc everyone else seems to hide it better or somthing but ur def not alone n glad to know im not either bro

Make a hairpin turn into a kick flip...angled ...come into the kick flip at 30, or 33° ...leaning slightly forward, catch all the kick you can..let the back end swing around and front break perfectly into the landing...righthanded ramps on left ramp and left handed ramps from right side..so your comfortable while you lean and break correctly...
