Hi Jeff, great video and for the most part, I agree with what you show. I wanted to add just a couple of things from personal experience. 1) be careful not to be too overpowered and if you do depower the kite, make sure it still turns fast... some are too slow. 2) as you mentioned with the commit, I'd like to suggest that it is equally important to know when to kick off the board if you are coming in too hard--these two helped me tear my MCL ;) Lesson learned! tim from kite.xxx
Thank you for sharing the advice. I did depower mine and yes that may why it didn't turn full circle. I'll wait for lower winds. Thanks as well on the warning to kick off the board. How's your knee now 5 years later?
Nice video. Great tips. Wouldn't be safer to start trying kite loops with light wind without the board, just body dragging? Just to get gradually used to the response of the kite?
One thing that few people explain is the best way of holding the bar when executing the loop. Could you elaborate on that? Should we put both hands on one side? Thanks
Hi! it seems really interesting, but we need to be sure understanding an italian translation, so please if there is an italian can translate, please take this video and do the voice translation, I wouldn't to have a megaloop for my first kite loop :)
