I told him I would rather be single than being in an unrequited relationship. I reminded him that my income was more than enough to support me, so he shouldn't worry about leaving. @tyrellanderson4722 Yes. The family of the victim were able to take care of them and have been trying to see them. They only went to the murderers family because he is the only parent alive, so he gets to choose. That is ridiculous. The mother is dead by his hands. He should not get that right. It also happens when the mom kills the dad. It is an equal ridiculous stance. No family should have their son/daughter murdered at the hands of 1 parent as well as loose their grandkids. They didn't do anything either to deserve this. And yes, if his parents are keeping the kids from the other grandparents, they are to blame. Think of Dan Markel and the addelsons. Same thing.

Why is there always this forgiveness for a cheating husband? The police officer said he didn't think Tim was an evil person, but he was just at his "wits end" juggling his wife and girlfriend. How about telling his wife he's in love with someone else and wants a divorce? He wouldn't do that because he didn't want his wife to have any right to take half their assets and custody of their children. It always comes down to greed.

OUTRAGEOUS SENTENCE 13.5 years for murdering her in the most undignified way, naked and then your husband having no care for you at all and sitting on you until you drown. Where is her justice. Plus his parents are bringing up the little kiddies, who knows what stories they are spinning to those little ones. He will be able to have 20 odd years with them!!! No wonder there are so many murders happening when you can get away with a sentence as light as that. The nanny sounded unmoved by it and thinks she had the right to move in. She was clear.y involved with orchestrating the murder. Take a life and get life.

Yeah, some 20 year old didn't "make him" kill his wife. He chose to climb into her pants then rid himself of the wife. If he already considered the nanny to be a second mother, he wasn't going to accept joint custody. The whole "I meant to divorce her" is bs IMO. They both plotted that poor woman's murder and should have been locked up for life.
