Brilliant. Like a pro golfer - focus - use audio/video tools - track work and progress - (dice) change up aspects of the game by avoiding relying s on the old muscle memory- building new muscle memory - listen and rest - also....intonation/flexibility/sound - all linked inseparably!
(And btw, knowing isn’t doing. It’s ALL in the doing!)

Thanks for the tips. I doubt that I could become 1/100th as good as you are even I stick to these hacks to the tees.
Yet, it is very admirable that you show how disciplined you are as a musician. That’s so great!
I am a big fan. Keep up the great work! Keep safe!

Take it from an older guy.
Don’t ever compare - it’s a losing battle. And your music and sound and contribution is uniquely yours - whatever it is.
Just work and accept the work - improvements happen even if you don’t recognize them, but these tools are all about recognizing and building on them.

They were good ideas if I can figure them out… I come from the generation that anything mechanical had a rope start!!! When you pulled out the electronic “techno-goodies”, I was totally lost!! Keep up the fantastic playing Caleb… You can really smoke those valves on the chromatics!!!!
