It's not about being given a long run in the team - nobody is entitled to start at a club like Chelsea. He, and Jackson too tbf, are still so incredibly raw. They need to be coached as well as afforded some game time but with the likes of Sterling, Palmer and maybe now Madueke looking more consistent, he will need to fight for his place and show steady improvement over the next 12 or so months. I'm willing to be patient

This is as good as he gonna get, his football IQ is pretty much bellow average for the Prem. Unfortunately if he plays in Bundesliga, he might dribble and muscle his way out but not in the Prem.

He seem like a player that’s more suitable for Ligue 1 at best. Hudson Odoi is a slower player and was more effective, yet he was loaned out before getting sold. Chelsea fans overhyping him is bad for his development.
