Has no ability to comprehend that what he has been taught is wrong, and struggles to allow himself to be corrected even when presented with facts and evidence to contradict his mindset... Typical of college students who have been indoctrinated into a certain ideology that sides with wokeness over merit and factual evidence.

You can go into any doctor's office in California and Nevada and see 95% of the staff working there are from minority populations even in cities that have a 60 -80% white population. They flout the law on not hiring by race. They most certainly do. The result is that if you are white, you can wait till Hell freezes over to get seen by a doctor, get a phone call returned, get your referrals, get your Rx renewed. I worked for Anthem Medicaid in Nevada and they openly discriminated against white people. Open your eyes and take a good look as to what is going on. Then Google the racial demographics for your city and compare. In Las Vegas, it is 56% white and 7% Asian - all Asians combined, but, when you go into the doctors' offices, you see 95% Filipino/Asian. How does that work?

    • @curtishsiung5979
      @curtishsiung5979 Місяць тому +1

My view is conservative with regards to affirmative action (because I'm Eastern Asian and I saw first hand how people who did worse in school and in ACT got into a certain school whereas I was downright rejected), but I think one should actually select a doctor using the criteria of diversity, or at least consider it. Of course they diversity shouldn't come at the expense of quality, but diversity with regards to how different peoples look at the world does have its merits in certain situations.
It's not uncommon for a doctor to misdiagnose a patient because different cultures answer common diagnostic questions differently. For example, it isn't uncommon for doctors to overlook things like internal bleeding or even broken bones in older Eastern Asian males because them Asian uncles tend to down play their pain in front of medical personnel.

Essentially, if you are for affirmative action, regardless of how detrimental it might be, you will be seen as a hero. You generalize a group of people, divide the races, and then say you will help a group of them in exchange for power. The history is fascinating regarding groups of the United States over time and it's also interesting to see statistics on legal immigrants vs those here generationally. The most fascinating part is that it comes down to culture rather than race, so the whole affirmative action thing being race based isn't thought through carefully (or thought through very carefully by those who seek power over groups).

You can even be unteachable and last a long while, others go before you who were better at doing the same work.
Experience is priceless in the desire to know.
When a business hires this way, it can cause it's own downfall, or an increase in acceptance and frequency by the public.
      Many factors in play.
You have to want to be there, believe in what you're doing, have good managers, and supervisors.
It's altered by programs like affirmative action. Then, it's not the merits of the applicant, it's his form he/she filled out for human resources.

Jordan B. Peterson is required to attend a “re-education” course by the Canadian Government because he’s stated along the lines that ‘society has been evolving, limiting freedoms too much, and resulting in negative outcomes for many people, “most famously for males”’. He was also given a $25,000 fine to pay.
Another reason could likely be because he refuses to incorrectly address someone as their appropriately honest visual appearance. They want people in his profession to teach this to children, but it’s abhorrent to deceive children to this extent. Let them decide on their own when they’re older… Don’t ruin a child’s life because he was taught by his/her guardians or on social media that “You can be whatever you want to be”, and then allow and promote an 11 year old biological male to have LIFE-CHANGING and irreversible surgeries and take “gender-changing shots” at that young of an age… It is MORALLY wrong.
I don’t want to blame and assume an entire political ideology and everyone who seriously support this actually believe this, but when will people really start to see what’s happening? When will we stop being so deceived? When can politics start being fair and honest enough to not become people’s important basis for their “oh-so important” livelihoods? When will we put an age limit on presidencies? (There’s a SET minimum age, why can’t there be a SET maximum age?)
When will the people, again, start using common sense???

I agree with Mr. Kirk here. This is my personal and my siblings life experience:
    1. Both of our parents worked for different agencies of the U.S. military, so lower income levels.
    2. We got our first jobs at 15 to buy brand name clothing and save for our first cars…with no help from our parents.
    3. We paid all of our vehicle expenses from gas to insurance and I had to replace my motor during my senior year.
    4. We each personally paid for our own college tuition (NO financial assistance from our parents).
With those challenges, all three of us have INDIVIDUALLY earned our own ways into upper middle class lives. If we can do that, giving special consideration to people of color is a clear demonstration of racism that benefits minorities. I would have no problem giving special consideration to an equal percentage of each race. If that IS being done, I apologize.

Education is only as good as what is being taught and learned.
Education shows the ability to learn and not the ability to think. Learning and thinking are two different skill sets. Education without critical thinking is indoctrination.

I always laugh when people say that you go college to learn 'how to think'. It literally means nothing. Every time I ask for specifics, they fail to answer. Like c'mon it takes 30 minutes to learn the scientific method for elementary school kids.

While I disagree a lot with what these kids say, props to at the very least, have the courage to stand up and try. Knowing full well they will be on social media afterwords for everyone to see, has to be a ton of pressure.

This guy is polarizing because he makes more sense than all of us! I may not agree on everything he says, but that may be due to the fact that he is more educated than I am on many of the topics:/ He is excellent at extracting the secret truth as to what people are protesting and shouting about; and that is that millions of people are lazy, and they want to live on government handouts. Whether it be getting the job they don't deserve, or the schooling they don't want to pay for. The truth hurts....
