A SMALL RISE FROM SUJOOD. PLACING MY HANDS NORMALLY. RECITING ربي اغفر لي 14. ERECT THE RIGHT FOOT TO THE QIBLA OR PLACING THEM ALL TOGETHER 15. GOING BACK TO SUJOOD Saying سبحان ربي الأعلى(And making dua in sujood because we’re closer to Allah) 16. RISING FROM SUJOOD USING THE KNUCKLES & SAY ALLAHU AKBAR 17. In the taahiyat position, Fingers raised, look at the finger while saying the tashahud 18. Reciting the last tashahud in the last rakat following the last rakat of the prayer. 19. SIT IN A DIFFERENT POSITION FOR THE LAST RAKAT. 20. END THE SALAH WITH ANY OF THESE VARIATIONS & MAKE SURE THE CHEEKS ARE VISIBLE. ( 1ST WAY: ENDING WITH ASALMUALIKUM WA RAHMATULLAH) (2ND: ENDING WITH ASALMUALIKUM WA RAHMATUALLAHI WA BARAKATU) (3RD: ENDING WITH ASALAMUALIKUM) NOTE: Even though I took the effort to write those, I highly suggest you to watch the video for the dua's I didn't include and some of the small points. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone says: "I ask pardon of Allah than Whom there is no deity, the Living, the eternal, and I turn to Him in repentance," (Astaghfirullah-alladhi la ilaha illa Huwal-Haiyul-Qayyum, wa atubu ilaihi) he will be pardoned, even if he has fled in time of battle. - Sunan Abi Dawud 1517

It's only Mustahabb brother, there are some authentic reports in Musannaf ibn Abi Shaybah, that Abdullah ibn Masood and Abdullah ibn Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) used to stand up without sitting.

That's why I said Jalsa Istirahah is Mustahabb, neglecting it is permissible.

Nothing wrong with praying like imam abu hanifa. Jusy dont make fun of othet people praying like other imaams. The persom im the bid prays like imam ahmad ibn hanbal and all 3 other imaams beliebe in rafal yadain
Be careful of Bidath, cuz in the name of Imam Abu Hanifa, people have added many new things. Such as Dua with imam after salah, not reciting Surah Al Fatiha behind the Imam and saying niyah before salah. May Allah give us hidayat and save us from Shirk and Bidath. 🤍
Subhanallah that was good But i would feel more assurance if you were to show reference from hadith each time you said its the sunnah from PROPHET MUHAMMAD S.A.W . There's a book called Pray as you have seen me pray. The Prophet's Prayer Described by Sheikh Nasir uddeen al Albani(hadeeth scholar) The ways he's showing is in accordance with the ahadeeth subhan'allah
You can do it both ways, there is no difference between a man and a woman's prayer. Because the holy prophet Muhammad (may ALLAH's peace and blessings be upon him) said pray as you have seen me pray

Nothing wrong with praying like imam abu hanifa. Jusy dont make fun of othet people praying like other imaams. The persom im the bid prays like imam ahmad ibn hanbal and all 3 other imaams beliebe in rafal yadain
Be careful of Bidath, cuz in the name of Imam Abu Hanifa, people have added many new things.
Such as Dua with imam after salah, not reciting Surah Al Fatiha behind the Imam and saying niyah before salah.
May Allah give us hidayat and save us from Shirk and Bidath. 🤍
