I've had two starting in 2000 and they are game changers if you process them right. They have evolved a bit over the years - for the better. This guitar changed my life. Great to see someone who also knows!
Those Godin guitars are soo underrated and overseen. Have my Godin LGXT flamed top for over 10 years. It has a killer tone, the acoustic part and its a well crafted beauty

I was going to say something similar. It's great to see someone doing what they love and loving what they do. One thing that sets these guys apart and the main reason I buy from them every chance I get.

Looks like it would be a lot of fun and has good sounds but 3 cables seems cumbersome. They should come up with a good wireless system that would send all three signals to get rid of the cables.
Maybe in the future but, I don’t think the tech is here quite yet. I basically made a snake for mine and used a cable-controller to keep the three cables together. It looks like one thick cable and it’s not a problem on stage at all!
@@edwardsein5345 a "low tech" option would be to have a different connector on the guitar that combined all of the jacks and on the other side would be the connectors that are currently on the guitar, therefore one cable (would be more expensive of course). a better solution would be wireless with all signals going to a receiver with the same connectors that are on the guitar in the receiver box. i think we definitely have the technology to do something like that now too. i think it isn't done because there are not a lot of people using that kind of instrument and it's not cost justified to develop it. i still would love to have a guitar like you were playing though. keep up the great demos. really loving the prs special 22 i bought from you a while back.

was that bennie and the jets. I just inherited this whole set up. My ex went bonkers so after crying for 2 years. I now play with all the toys. I just found this exact guitar in closet the Gr 55 the extra GK 3 and finding out how it all works. Can I play it thru the fender mustang 200 or do I need old school amp? he left his mesa, his less paul another godin. explorer however his Hag mother Sold my Takamine and bunch of stuff as they fled the country. I was too American Canadian Scottish...she only wanted a hungarian girl for him and paid him to leave me after 18 years. All good Got the gear in stead

That’s really true. I toured the three factories where they produce Godin, La Patrie, and the smaller instruments like the Merlin and their mandolins in Quebec a few summers ago. They are all about quality, consistency and innovation in terms of production and technology. Excellent company!
