Hello confused person with a identity problem. It is a a Goalporiya lokageet. Do research on great icons from Goalpara like Pramathesh Baruah and Pratima Pandey ( Barua).Goalporiya lokageet is like Kamrupya lokageet. It is a folk song like Bihu song or Deh Bisar song or Nisukoni geet etc. Assamese language is very rich. It evolved around 6th century and it encompasses many societies in Assam and the North East ( including Nagaland. Nagamese is also part of Assamese language). Yo need to know more about Assamese culture .
