These black 370's are usually very nice torque monsters.
So I have a UPDATE , after making this video, I found out that it is almost twice as fast as it was before, It was slow before (witch is fine) but it is alot faster and has low end power, its awesome
I believe the reason is that the black motor have stronger magnets therefore creating more rpm from the output at the same throttle input

Thanks for the information. I had installed a WPL single speed on my C44 and had the same lack of overall power. I swapped the motor with 370 Redcat. That resulted in insane speed and torque for a single speed. Unfortunately it was way too much power and it literally melted the plastic transmission casing due to the heat produced by the reduction gears. Gonna give the black can motor a shot. For now I’m using the stock 2 speed.

What frame is that? Been debating cutting mine but if there's a kit I can get im always down to add more to the parts bin. The clearance on those new single speed boxes is epic. You see the newer 2 speeds from rbr/c? They got a version with link ties/skid plate flush as the box your running, epic stuff. That and a pair a mn sized front axles for a 4ws mod be the ultimate clearance c-series until they get the metal portals out. Lovin how the wpl scenes grownin, tight build!

so my new motor has more low end power, and my new one is atleast twice as fast. so i want to find a even better low end power motor, maybe make a new wpl 370 work. (i think a propor wpl motor should be good) it just sucks when you get bad parts :(
@@KlunkersKustoms it sure does I can't complain about the after Market motors check out one of my recent videos that I was doing a c54 it's got plenty of torque I use them a lot
