A friend was going to replace the throttle assembly over $500 turn 2:212:232:27 the intake hose was cracked underneath and you cannot see it unless you take the intake air hose completely off and inspect.
Had this problem with my Peugeot, the airbox had a crack in it and unfiltered air was getting it covering the airflow sensor in dust and dirt, took me a good while to figure out why I had no power at all
