    Dude. I’m not the biggest fan of pork. As for the dryness and needing gravy and the blandness. Lack of flavour. But now I have a smoker it never occurred to me to smoke the sucker. I can’t afford an egg but I have the gmg smoker and a flattop griddle. It’s a pork butt. ( which is the shoulder) here in the uk.
    I might have another try. Just for the money cut. That looked lush mate.

      Should work out well on your smoker! Just make sure the cuts are at least 5cm think!!! The bark is crazy good…turns into a jerky like exterior that is super crunchy, soft and tender, and a phenomenal all-in-one bite!
