I lost alot of weight last year and still going. I didn't get on keto or nothing like that. I went from 265 to 184. All I did was got of sugar, sweet, bread, pasta, all I eat is veggie, Turkey and fish. Lots of veggie lots of water. I make mushroom burger and eat it without bread I eat veggie with this. I did not work for 6 months a i have lots alot of weight. You have to learn your own body. Still on my journey and loving it. I tried to eat bad food and got sick. So I didn't know I had trained my body by eating healthy but I did. So I am swimming 3 days a week for exercise and the inches is also coming off. I feel so good in my body today.
No matter what no one says, your mother love Cliff,,,,, you can see it in her eyes.She knows that he is a good husband for you and a good dad for the kids. She be mean , but its out of love, just who she is! She love him because he loves you Donisha!

You have to let the carbs go Donisha. Try meat protein and just veggies and fruits. The bread/ carbs are more so for if you are hardcore working out i.e. lifting, running, HIIT.
