So proud of you Donisha!!!! You're beautiful inside and out. Taking the healthy path in food is the right way. It's all about balance, and making sure your food is fresh, and organic as much as you can ( more importantly meats and wild caught fish). Avoiding processed foods, and soda drinks with high sugar or condiments and stuff with high sodium. These steps are crucial for your body. May the Lord strengthen you day by day to stay on your healthy path. If you loose track, ( which I believe you will not in Jesus Name) , it's ok get back on the path and start over. It's a process, till you reach a point it comes natural, and that's the only way you'll eat. Incorporate this method in your children's diet as well. They will have a healthy balance, which is good for them in the long run. Love your family, and love you, though we don't know each other. Your family is in my prayers. You and your family blesses me without you even knowing. 💖💖💖

This is so true I drink and I’ve been smoking 🚬 sense I was 18. Later on throughout my life I believe I was about 29 I stoped for almost a whole year then my birthday came around and I started again . Then I stopped again for 6 months while I was dating this guy and he was away in the military soon as he came back home I started drinking again I come from a family of drinkers I’ve been doing a lot of praying and I’m not going into next year or any other year drinking or smoking I choose my life not a bottle and cigarettes that are killing me slowly but making the owners of the corner store rich 🤑 this video spoke to me thank you god is really using you and your family to help others god bless you guys
Praise God, thats the most frustrating part of the whole thing. How many cig and liquor companies have I made rich? How many mortgages have I paid!! I am NOT going back with the grace of God on my side.

Hi I'm new to watching your videos. Y'all make me laugh and think about my own health. December 27th I had the gastric bypass done and my doctor found that I had pneumonia I didn't know I had and that I have pulmonary hypertension, I had the surgery to help me live longer for my own daughter and 2 grandsons. Your eating videos actually help me I watch your husband eat and I get so full...lol Thank you for all you do.

Donisha you are talking about my life as we speak and i self medicate with alcohol because of my anxiety🙄😩but i got this.🤗 I've also been researching different natural meds to take for my anxiety because I'm only 38 and I'm tired of having to take a shot to calm down🙄 and I have health anxiety and I hate taking pills lol
If you eat foods that are alkaline and take magnesium as a supplement it will naturally calm your anxiety. Along with some breathing excersises. I also worship Jesus as a form of meditation that helps as well.
