Yes, you reduce bolt level to farm with Ymir. AutoSpell trigger via AutoAtk, DoubleCasting trigger via Manual BoltSpell.(It should be work with AutoAtk, but bugged) It launches instant without cast time as the video showed: 7:38

1. Double Casting/Flurry is working on SEA, so you can add those. As for making it 15/15, it is recommended so that the proc rate is at 14.5% (if my math is correct). 2. I am not so sure 'bout this one, but I believe it will be on another variable in the damage calculation, so no other skill/effect will stack with this one, as far as I know. You can put ignore def (phy) or ignore m.def (magic), whichever you prefer, but the latter is the obvious choice and anything related to magic should be a priority, such as; increase m.atk, ignore m.def, m.pen, m.dmg inc., and m.dmg%. Since you're main dmg will come from bolts or skills (if you're not an auto-bolt build).

You will still need VCT reduction for Psychic Wave (8sec), you need Magic enchantment for DPS or Tenacity for tank build
