    To kick off what's sure to be an exciting week at The Masters, we are thrilled to release the first of two special episodes featuring Milo Lines and Eddie "Fast Eddie" Fernandes working side-by-side with multiple students to fine tune their movement patterns. Fast Eddie is a 2x World Long Drive Champion and has worked with several Tour professionals (including 2021 Masters Champion Hideki Matsuyama) to improve their dynamics and help increase swing speed and distance. We were thrilled to welcome him to Arizona for this joint venture.
    In this series, you'll see Milo and Eddie work with golfers live to activate and employ the spiral line, and increase club head speed. You'll witness some students gain upwards of 10mph clubhead speed with driver! You'll also see never-before-seen training exercises and drills (including ROTEX) to awaken a more effortless swing meant for longevity and maximum efficiency. We hope you enjoy this special series and stay tuned for our next episode set to release on Masters Sunday.

    In the past you've done some great videos on spiral lines but this video, especially how important the feet are is a game changer, brings it all together, can't wait for part 2!!!

    Wow this was so good. I embraced this backswing technique and went from drives of 250 to 290 without and "swing thoughts". Money!

    I can attest to the 3 things that have helped me the most:
    1. Hanger
    2. Milos loop drill
    3. Milos video w Henry about how to get the hands in front of the right quad prior to impact.

    Good stuff. I noticed as Johnny was working through. He was using his chest and shoulders at first to move pressure over to his lead side but when you introduced the thought of screwing in the right leg it changed it for him.

    Great video as usual. With the last guy Allen, you added a headcover on his right hip. What exactly was that for?

    • @MiloLinesGolf
      @MiloLinesGolf  Місяць тому +1

      To help encourage his right arm and elbow to stay more in front of his seam line.

    How would you divide practice time between sequence work and max speed sessions?

    • @MiloLinesGolf
      @MiloLinesGolf  Місяць тому +1

      Max speed only 1-2x per week, 20-40 balls.

      ROTEX Motion: milolinesgolf.com/training-gear/ ...awesome for mobility, stability, range of motion, and joint health! Many of the long drivers use them, as well as baseball and golf professionals.

    Which direction should trail foot corkscrew into ground on backswing?

    At 13:49 is talking about stretching across his chest @rotexmotion

    • @MiloLinesGolf
      @MiloLinesGolf  Місяць тому

      Not necessarily talking about stretching across his chest. He is speaking of screwing the trail foot into the ground as he stretches the trail side of his ribs up.

    Any comment on rotation of the trail knee cap in the backswing?

    • @MiloLinesGolf
      @MiloLinesGolf  Місяць тому

      It will rotate a bit as you wind up and screw the foot into the ground.

  • @davidmcnamara3243

    I think , that you are coming onto the left foot to early.
    Think take club back with left side.
    Unweighted
    Pause
    Unweight
    Work into right leg, a micro second at P4.5
    Use right side to push onto left side at P5 and not P4 😅

    • @MiloLinesGolf
      @MiloLinesGolf  Місяць тому

      Not my preference, we want max pressure under lead foot by p5

    Your videos are much more telling than those dang shorts you do. When you over exaggerate those moves on the shorts it looks really weird.

    • @MiloLinesGolf

      We always just pull shorts from our full-length content. They are just glimpses. Thanks for watching!

    • @DanWessonSpecialist

      @@MiloLinesGolf May I suggest the slow motion over exaggeration with the full speed swing in the shorts?
