MB&F never ceases to impress! The Evo collection is extremely cool and if I head the money I would definitely buy one. For me this is the best possible combination of classical watchmaking, modern appearance, sporty elegance and incredible haute horlogerie! Thanks so much for showing, Marko & Charris! All the best from Germany =)
Legacy machine is my favourite MB&F creation. These evos are just gorgeous. Was lucky enough to handle a LM and it's definitely a wow moment. Just not very attainable. Probably won't be lucky enough to see an evo in the wild, but next best thing is watching it in this video. Such cool pieces
Looks like the Shanghai Watch Factory Skydome watch, automatic Caliber F28 which was already available many years ago which also has an overhanging central flywheel The MBF watch presentation is almost an exact copy of the 3 dial configuration of the 65th Anniversary of Shanghai watch factory, albeit the main time display on the MBF is slightly offset.
@@SwissWatchGang the Chinese Shanghai caliber F27 was available long before MBF released theirs You seem to have some bias against the Chinese it seems?
@@JustRunAround Would love to see some more information on when exactly did they came up with it. And don’t say something like this ever again. If you’d know me, my channel (check my videos for example my second to last one), my connection to Singapore etc. you’d think twice than calling out any country bias. Show me some actual information and we can discuss fuether. Otherwise I will still believe that MB&F was the original creator.
@@SwissWatchGang I've tried replying to this thread a few times already with information and links showing that these central flywheel concept calibers were already available from Shanghai Watch Factory latest by December 2019 or perhaps earlier but those replies just don't show up or are censored/rejected?
@@JustRunAround Hey. They're probably rejected and censored as sharing links is usually prevented from UA-cam and the security/harassment settings not me personally. Send me a DM on Instagram, I'll check the links out later.
DEAR MARCO AND CHARRIS, GOD BLESS YOU MY FRIENDS. I AM VERY PROUD OF YOU AND VERY HAPPY FOR YOU. I HOPE ALL OF YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE. I HOPE YOU HAD THE BEST AND HAPPIEST CHRISTMAS OF YOUR ENTIRE LIFE AND THE BEST AND HAPPIEST 2022 OF YOUR ENTIRE LIFE. I LOVE YOU. I LOVE PARIS AND BEVERLY HILLS! I LOVE MR. ESPARZA AND ALL OF MY BEAUTIFUL FRIENDS. THE WATCHES ARE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. 🙏 SINCERELY PETER
I'll try once more ua-cam.com/video/eJnj6SYl9VI/v-deo.html - this video dated to 2018 shows that the caliber F27 was already available and in the market zoom to 24 seconds and you will see the Shanghai Watch Factory caliber F27 variant with a single fly wheel
@@SwissWatchGang Information from Chinese watch making is obscure and obtaining information for it is difficult at times. You could be right as well in this regard that LM1 came first, but for me, I personally wouldn't make the call that MBF copied someone or Shanghai copied someone because it's not rocket science. Just as there are multiple manufacturers of a vertical clutch column wheel where many different manufacturers and ebauche makers ultimately converged upon a similar solution to minimize and smoothen the wheel interfaces. Or how almost all rattrapante mechanisms look and operate on similar principles, the way an A Lange rattrapante, a Blancpain rattrapante, a Patek rattrapante all operate on the same interfaces, column wheel arrangements (albeit) in different finishes, angles and flourishes.
@@JustRunAround I agree. It's like the whole starwheel and urwerk dilemma with AP, Urwerk, Atowak and similar. It's a type of time indication and positioning of the components and it's fine if others use it. Nothing wrong with that. Would personally love to see the bi-axial tourbillon from Beijing watch company. Have known about them for a while now, I'm sure they're passionate watch nerds like us. :)
Yeah I'm not spending 80k on this watch. I don't have 80k for this watch. Probably will go AP royal oak. But not 80k for this watch. The price just isn't justified.
Do you prefer the Legacy Machines or the Horological Machines from MB&F?
LM iMO...however if they could do EVO LM101 that would be the perfect watch for me 😄
It depends. HM are more imaginary, but sometimes going far
Both amazing but a HM is still on top of my list tbh
MB&F is gonna elevate the tastes of the people of la! I hope they influence more collectors to buy kinetic art. The movement looks amazing

Those are works of art and feats of engineering.
These look amazing! i’m really digging white rubber strap watches lately and this is one of the coolest imo.

You don’t think China copied MBF? You think it’s really the other way around 😁

I see. The MB&F LM1 from my knowledge came out in 2011. But will wait for your links on Instagram to learn more about it.
