I’m sad to see that she and John got a divorce but I’m happy she’s so close to her family and has a new professional and relationship. I hope he’s happy as well. I really liked them
The irony being that she and her ex are now living far apart and there daughter is stuck not being close to her father. Hope they maintain that relationship between Father and daughter.
I was thinking her dad killed her stepmom but also her mom fell down the stairs, I wonder if that was an accident? Beautiful ending happily ever after ❤️
Exactly the 1st thought that came to me...the death I've ever heard of is when the person was purposely injured and then pushed down the steps. If you're in your senses and falling down steps I would think you'd try to protect yourself from being injured in such a grave manner that it would cause your death.
@@allyouneedisgodandjesus It all depends on what caused the fall to begin with. There is the possibility that she had been pushed, that is true. However, there could be medical reasons too. My hubby has fallen down the stairs two times now, where I came close to losing him, both times. If she had neurological problems caused from a TBI (traumatic brain injury), usually your balance system is affected and falls are all too easy, especially if one is fatigued. The thing is, we do not know the actual history of her birth mother and whether the father had anger/abusive problems or not, at the point. So, it is anyones guess.
@@santiagoroma9113 I did say that there was that possibility, because generally there can be a pattern. I just was pointing out that there MIGHT have been other things at play, for her mother. We will never truly know, one way or the other. The only one that knows for sure, is higher than we are.
So amazing! So happy for you Rebecca! When I watched the show the first time I just connected with you and wanted you to win and am so happy to see where you are now.
So glad you are adding meaning by additional "where they are now" messages. This provides a more memorable connection. These are so valuable outside the times of the relative race season.
My father had at least 2 marriages prior to my mother and i never met any of them. My mother and sister met the last family with a half sister and brother. I always wondered what meeting them might be like.I'm sure none of them are alive now. This show gave me a glimpse, thank you.
Ok Relative Race you win. Now i got to go watch this. I hope youre happy about my limited productivity because im binge watching your shows who do i sue lol
Am I the only one wondering if her mother didn’t really fall down the stairs but was murdered by her father? Lovely family regardless. Her mother is happy she connected w her sister.
@@teriarussell7282 no one said they had to stay married. It’s the fact that they live so far apart, Virginia to Utah is quite a distance and horribly sad for their daughter to not have both parents.

wow surprised about the divorce I would have said they were one of the closest most in love couples on the show.

Same. Her father got rid of her mother.

@@FernCurtisOk. But knowing he murderer the second wife changes probabilities of what happened, completely.

I loved the way she spoke of her mom as still in the present.
Rebecca so happy for you and your daughter. I am not surprised that you and John are divorced and I can definitely tell it worked in your favor
aww.. so happy she won, so sad she's not with Jonathan anymore tho =(
I love the joyful dance move she and aunt did on their walk down the aisle.

Wow. Amazing ❤
I wish you a happy forever with your newfound love ❤️
good for her!!!
This is wonderful!
Can someone please let Dan Debenham know that there is a letter "T" in the word relative! I die a little bit inside every time he says "relaDive race"
A great show!
this would make a great book
Oh is that wonderful!!!

Disappointed in their decision to move apart from each other. Children need their fathers. It’s not optional.
It's an option if they are not in a happy marriage.
@@teriarussell7282 their marriage is their decision , the child has a right to both their parents. This show would not exist if they didn't.

not to be catty - but isnt it sus her mom died after a fall down the stairs and his next wife is murdered by him? very Drew Peterson-ish.
First
Polygamists?
No. She was adopted and just found some of her relatives she'd never known. Aunts, cousins, families!
