I love his riff for Get off of my cloud. As flashy as lead solos are, I've always preferred a good catchy main riff to move the tune along. Something Brian was really good at.
BILL FUGGIN' WYMAN was/is a monster bass player. He and Charlie Watts' contributions are often over looked... sadly. That said, the BRIAN JONES era Stones were the BEST! Hands down.

This is one of my favourite early Stones concerts of all the times. You can listen to an improved sound version of this show on the CD "Olympia '65 & More" (the "more" being the Stones appearences at the BBC that same year 1965). Thanks for sharing ! :)
Nice recording. I like the uptempo Everybody Needs Somebody To Love and Little Red Rooster is cool. They did so many nights in a row in the 1965 tour with two shows a night. Granted, each show was ~36 minutes like this one: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Rolling_Stones_1965_tours Interesting that they went as far as Australia and Singapore, but couldn't go to Japan until 1990. Of course they weren't lugging around these huge stage sets--just themselves and the necessary music equipment. Thanks for the upload.
Huge 'Stones fan here. Brian's riff on "The Last Time" for me, is the greatest riff of all time..and that's saying something.

Somos 2 los que pensamos eso, el RIFF de THE LAS TIME es el mejor de todos los tiempos!!!
Playing a riff don't mean you wrote it, Brian's fans.
love The Last Time riff, for me it stands the test of time, like Brian's slide guitar on Little Red Rooster , one of my favorite songs
Swinging rhythm and blues.
Really adore the lads who saw 60s STONES!
thank you for the sharing. ^ ^
woooow that's stunning. Brilliant quality, great sound.
They really were a bad ass live band, even early on. Thanks for posting..this stuff should be heard more than it is!
The best Band ROLLING STONES FOREVER and ever 👍♥️♥️♥️
That crowd sure got into it.
Would have been a great show to attend.
During the last 2022 show Jagger said that they played 34 times in Paris!!!!!
What a great document of the "pre-satisfaction-era"! Thanks for posting
