I was 100% rooting for Priyanka and was happy she won, BUT! When I first watched the Lip Sync, I honestly though Scarlett had it in the bag. I think Scarlett had the best performance in the Rumix (as well as Priyanka), Priyanka had the best runway & I do think Scarlett won the lip sync, so taking all of that into consideration, I was fully prepared for Scarlett's name to be called to win but this was such a strong top 3.
Depends on what style of drag you prefer. Personally, I think Rita won it. Scarlett is a very high energy performer, and if that is your cup of tea I get why you would think she won.
