I stopped playing football for 3 years since Covid incident. I used to be able to do first and second pretty well, but for the other one I can do but not everytimes, so I'm not really a good player actually. And here, I left this comment as a kind of memory for training to know my improvement.

I play football every Thursday in the school’s physical education and I play it with my cousins in my grand parent’s house. My friends are all rookies but much better than me and they have blamed me for many losses. I will try this for 2 weeks and see if it works. Edit: Day 1: it’s hard but exercises using only my left leg felt impossible. I did half of the exercises wrong.
I never touched football ⚽ Saved my money for 3 months It's arriving today........ Im gona finall touch my own football ⚽ and learn how to play..... (My parents don't know about this. if i got caught😢) but finally ❤ Cheet for me guys🎉
I have a question so I’m a beginniner I made my high school soccer team but everyone is more advanced than me so ima trying to become more skilled out the summer the only thing is that it is extremely hot and I suffer from asthma so it can make it really hard to practice do you have any tips or times of the day it would be better to practice at ?
@alasia Holmes u dont need skills to be more of an advanced player be smart and in times when u give dont give up. My personal favorite time to play and train is at sunset.
These are literally the drills we do for soccer with the kids- any skill level. Solid skills you always can use and build upon.

Stuck on #1 moving laterally, any tips?
same bro but i practice drill for faster feet and it's help well with my ball mastery
5 is basically practicing la croqueta
1 more like it because for la croqueta you use the inside of foot to push out instead of roll out
If you are teaching . I am bignar now
Nife

what is the ball that you used

@@alasiaholmes6862 thanks 😊
Morning and evening... I do it too
i tried inside taps but the ball keeps going forward 😭
yo samee did you just start playing football?
@@alanfrank1632 yeah like 1 week ago but am getting better, am learning to be gk
How biggner can do this 😂😂
Can you tell me how to stop fear of ball explotion while playing
Ball mastery is a start. If you're comfortable with the ball, it gives you confidence to do everything else
I'm that bad I can't even do the inside outside
practice makes perfect
Same i wish i was good
Start slowly and you’ll get faster day by day.
@captain parry I know man it's annoying how you love the sport and you can't even beat a defender
Same😂
What exactly is this supposed to improve
Your dribbling
And ball mastery
Tho they are kinda the same
Well controling and relaxing on the ball aswell
But what should we do to improve turning fast in front of defender?
