    In all teaching strategies, I like memory story to improve reading skill. In Memory stroy, the students read put a passage on the board aloud together, the teacher then removes word and asking the students to recall the missing parts of the passage.

    Why videos are never quoted? We need where you took the information from?

      Thanks for that. This video was one of my earliest, and that time, i didnt think that citing the references is essential.
      Your feedback is a reminder for me. Thanks again.

      Hi Krystal. Thank you for the comment. It is just unfortunate that the ppt i used in creating this vid is gone when my external HD was broken. I hope the video will help.

    Inductive method is applicable for grade 1 or grade 2?

    • @sarahnamoco
      @sarahnamoco  4 роки тому

      My opinion: it depends on the pupil's ;earning style. So as a teacher, it is a challenge to identify what is the learning style of our pupils so we can best address his/her needs :-)
      enjoy teaching!

    Hello maam, can you answer this question? If you were to apply the methods, strategies, and techniques in teaching literature and language
    in the Elementary Grades, what would it be and why?

    • @sarahnamoco
      @sarahnamoco  2 роки тому

      Hi Ylgee, thanks for asking. My answer wud be: It depends on the learning outcome that you would want your students to achieve. I suggest you go back to the curriculum guide, and see what are the competencies needed for the students to have achieved, From there, you have to determine what is the most appropriate approach, method, strat, and technique to use such that the student will achieve the learning outcome.
      Remember that everything that you implement in your class always boils down to the learning outcomes/learning objectives.
      There is no one-size-fits-all formula here.
      I hope my answer helps.

    Cheers for this, been searching for "why is my child having trouble reading?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Eanmanter Straightforward Equalizer - (should be on google have a look ) ? It is a smashing exclusive product for discovering how to teach your child to read minus the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my neighbour got amazing success with it.

      Im sorry to know that...This is Filipino accent. Im sure, other nationalities have also strong accents, unless they have been raised in American soil :-)
