The stark differences between the early forehands and service motion to the present form are amazing! The sky is the limit! (and don't switch to pickleball, please! j/k).
Thanks for uploading the video! When I started playing tennis last year, I was looking for videos about female players and their progression but you hardly find any. So cool you shared yours! Keep up the good work!
Same here! I always was able to find male progression videos but never any female ones, so i’m glad I was able to pop up on your feed. I’m hoping we will see more female players doing the same in the near future
Great progression, shows real dedication…On some of your high forehands, you’re setting your feet a lil too early, practice small shuffling steps and a nice wide open stance base to hit, ultimately you want get into a position where you’re not needing to lean over as you hit, your forehand grip is suited to an open stance especially on high balls purely based on contact point position so limit semi closed stance forehands to when you’re moving forward or have no choice 👍👍

I started tennis in highschool but i never really got into it, I stayed the same level up until 8 months ago when I started to want to get better.
You need some better opponents, but you're way better than a 3.0 right now
