the decade counter you are using is a 5 volt part right? with that being said how do you get away with using 9 volts and not burning it up?

@@pakscienceclub ik its not your fault I’m not good with diagrams, still learnin and at the angle everything was swapping and I couldn’t see the back so i got really confused. breadboard is easy but not simple
