I created a drink called a "Black Pumpkin" consisting of 2 parts Crop Harvest Earth Organic spiced pumpkin vodka, 1 part Kahlua pumpkin spice, & ice cubes to your liking. Enjoy that responsibly :)
Depending on the recipe for the drink, how much ice the liquor comes in contact with depends on how much dilution you have to do. Proper dilution for certain drinks helps make a drink a little smoother to take and balances the flavor.

Glad you found us! So, Kahlúa and Tia Maria are both coffee liqueurs. Kahlúa is made with 100% arabica coffee beans (from the Veracruz region of Mexico) and Mexican rum. It gives us a coffee taste, with notes of bittersweet coffee bean, roasted chestnut and sweet butter. According to its website, Tia Maria is made with cold brew extract, Jamaican rum and vanilla, so quite a different flavor. Give us a shout if we can help with anything else.

Why is this mixed in one glass with ice but then poured into another glass with ice? Why not just mix it in a glass with ice and drink from that glass?
It seems to me that when it comes to vodka the cheapest kind can do for whatever mix you want to make, so if you want to spend a lot of money on a fine vodka drink it by itself. I don't understand how you can mix a fine vodka with anything else, it defeats the purpose. It's like spending $150 on a Scotch whiskey bottle and mix it with Coke, or whatever else. You're missing out the handcraft that went into it.

I prefer it to ounces or milliliters, because "parts" is easy to convert into any amount. 2 parts vodka to 1 one part kahllua means you could do two quarts vodka to one quart kahlua or two ounces vodka to one ounce kahlua, or two hundred gallons vodka to one hundred gallons kahlua. Replace the word "parts" with whatever size you want - want ounces? Substitute "ounces" for "parts' and you're good to go.
