  • For when you feel like the DSM criteria for autism don't fit you like a glove, even after diagnosis. When you've engaged with oodles of autistic content across the spectrum and it still feels like you have to crowbar yourself into the label. When pathologising your every move makes you feel worse, not better. Stop comparing yourself to other adult autists, and especially not to child autists. Learn to put that energy elsewhere.
    I'll try be less robotic if I make any more videos, which seems unlikely.
    The book is Steve Silberman's "Neurotribes".
