Hairwax was originally intended to be a slick shiny product much like a pomade was. I think the name "hairwax" was misinterpreted in our modern hair grooming culture and is look up similar to hair "clay" which is totally different tbh lol

How do you wash out the wax? With hot water and shampoo ?
Start with luke warm water to get it wet after that just use hot water. I never use shampoo only when i do a full on shower.
Are you still taking Finasteride? Has your hair condition changed since the last update?

Just to say. I tried, I really did. But never, never did I succeed with doing anything with hair wax. I'm best of going with clay or matt paste 😂
Takes practice, the first tries I did looked like someone shat on my head^^
After some practice it actually gets easier since you understand how it works and how much you actually need.
I'd suggest only spreading the wax on your fingers, not the palm of the hand. As you dont really use your palm to apply wax, so more often than not you will not use the bit of wax in the palm of your hands.
The tutorial doesnt say whether i need to wash my hair before the process
