How to create a UA-cam Shorts in Active Presenter? The current format which supports size that is for long videos. Not in 2090 X 1080 (9:16) aspect ratio? Please help!!!
You can select slide size to 1080x1920 by navigating to Design > Slide size.
While making video with webcam, how can i make the background area blur?
After recording, ActivePresenter creates separate layers: the screen recording layer and the webcam video layer. You can blur the screen recording layer later.

Hi Jake, I use another version of our software, ActivePresenter to record. You can download the app to experience further
the latest updates are often not responding and have to re-project, it seems I prefer the old version.

is it possible to record the screen when the pc is logged out?
Unfortunately ActivePresenter does not support continuing recording after your device is turned off or in Sleep mode.

My video finishes as a slide, but it continues to play and finishes at the beginning, how can I make it stop 1/2 a second before the end?

After updating to your so-called latest edition (Active Presenter 9), now it doesn't record the video at all. Only the audio is recorded and the video is black. When I checked the cached file folder, only the audio file is there. No video file. I have no problem with storage capacity. I even tried running as administrator but still the same. So, this looks like a serious bug in your new version. Please correct it or otherwise, the software will be completely useless.

I did all settings but still not recording only whole time just picture from my screen no any other applications mouse is visible moving but no any other applications windows are visible on video iOs Mac

Where's the save button?
Hi, you can use Ctrl + S on your keyboard to save your project continuously during your editing. Or click the ActivePresenter button at the top left corner of the workspace, then Save or Save As...

I used the Active Presenter earlier today and was pleased with the result for screen recording. I look forward to learning how to use if for other things too.
