"Although coffee farming is challenging, hardworking Ugandan farmers take pride in their coffee plantations." #100miz
Great idea! Good on them for trying to get a slice of this huge pie! But we have coffee machine at home and I always shop and try different beans! I buy a lot of coffee from Kenya, Rwanda, Peru and East Timor. And we love trying coffee from different countries. Will check the shops for coffee from Uganda next..:-))) I also try to buy Fair Trade coffees..:-)
Those from coffee producing countries: is coffee actually a favorite drink where you're from?
I am from Australia and yes we are huge coffee drinkers here. All our friends and family have coffee machines at home! Our supermarkets carry some o/s brands but we have speciality shops which sell coffee from around the world. As there are 4 ppl in my family we all drink up to 2-3 cups a day! ..:-)) Coffee IS liquid gold...:-)
Actually hear in Uganda coffee is not one of the favourite drinks, tea takes center stage.
