- Went to Conquest Valley Motorsport on their re-opening event. I believe it was formerly known as Houghton Conquest Motocross.
This is the 4th track I've ridden since I bought my 2015 YZ250 and it was an eventful day to say the least!

Really enjoyed this video, thanks for uploading. I rode at Houghton Conquest yesterday, having never ridden enduro or motocross so it's nice to know there are other beginners out there!

@@tapecknows the track rode great to me but was very dry with lots of dust. I think they did water it but it's been so dry not sure it made much difference. My last session was in the rain which I really enjoyed :)

Hey man, I found that the best beginner track that I’ve been to was Ashdown MX near Oxfordshire. There are no sharp turns and hard braking bumps, but there are steep hills that are a bit intimidating at first but after one or two goes it’s nothing. There’s also a couple tabletop jumps that I managed to clear and gain confidence on as well. - Tapec
Hey man, I was wondering if this was your first bike or not. If it is, how’s starting on the 250 going? I got a friend that wants to start on a 250 2t and I wanna know if it’s going to be a terrible idea.

It’s my first dirtbike, but I’ve ridden a lot of road bikes. Starting on a 250 2T is definitely a handful but not as dangerous as everyone says, especially if your mate has riding experience before. It’s probably the only bike I’ve been scared to ride but that’s because I’m not used to riding on dirt as well. If I had to start again, I would probably get a 125 2T. But since I got my bike now, I’ll just be patient keep learning slowly and make sure I have a finger on the clutch at all times 😂
