Here's the thing, it technically was two looks, but
1.) the first one had no shape, form, or good taste,
2.) she also incorporated a veil on her head that she just threw off
Blaise Avey the first look had no thought out into it and wasn't a look of its own, it was just there to cover up the lil poundcake look
So it wasn't really 2in1 it was more here's a big black sheet of fabric and here's an actual outfit

Technically, anything could be considered two LOOKS as long as they're not the same. So I feel she had two looks (granted, the first was horrific), but not a two-in-one outfit, which i thought was the requirement of the challenge since it was based on Violet Chatchki, who actually has a two-in-one outfit.
