Hi Anirban, to be honest with you, we did not order anything except Pizza, which was medium in size and costed about 2100 INR. The buffet lunch/dinner was priced at 80 USD (very costly in my humble opinion). We were carrying ready to eat food with us. You can take Taxi or Bus. Both are available frequently. Earlier it was only boat, since there's a new bridge between Male city and Hulhumale, traveling by road is possible.

In an ideal scenario and for some of the people, your suggestion would work better. But for me with budgetary constraints and the itch to see as much of Maldives as possible during my trip, 2+2 nights worked well for me since I could see a couple of public islands as well. For transfer from Maafushi to Kandooma, we booked private speed boat with Icom tours in Maafushi. They charge around 50 USD. There's no per person charge kind of transfer from Maafushi to Kandoomaa. I think tour operators book day trips to Holiday Inn Kandooma sometimes, not very sure.

Suggest me what should I add in my package Like activities/meals and which are resorts are best Like water villa or superior room with full board meals?. Is Male' city worth to spend 1 day or should i go resort directly.
To answer you 1st question, you should only book 2 nights in each resort if you are an explorer kind or else you should stick to one resort only. For the 2nd questions, don't add activities in advance just go to the resort and then decide what you want to do. If you don't have budget constraints ( Meals at resort are really costly), you may opt for half board ( Breakfast & Lunch/Dinner). If you want to save some money on meal watch my 4th video in this series. If you have some time during transit you can go to Male or else you can totally skip it.

Most the bookings on Travel websites don't cover green taxes, you need to cross check with them, booking in advance does help save some money but not necessarily 5-6 moths ahead. The prices are seasonal. I have explained seasonality also in this video.
