The biggest advantage the Wooting has over the Apex is the hotswap PCB which makes it more future proof. This "switches" section only tells us about the software of the keyboards, but nothing about the switches, like talk about the hotswap pcb, the default switches, their forces, prices and sound based on public opinion, but wth did you think ?
Nice comparison, just you’re wrong about one thing. Neither the Apex nor thr Wooting have “good” pbt keycaps, they’re rather bad or mediocre at best. Good quality would be something like CRP or Epbt.
Most keyboard MFG's know that the end user will likely change the keycaps to their own. I don't think a single person cares what type of keycaps come on a keyboard unless they specifically are wanting a pudding keyboard and then obviously make sure it comes with pudding keycaps. People care about the board itself and the switches. I've not used a stock set of keycaps on any board in a decade.
Why do you think that you will become pro players if you buy devices with supposedly the fastest triggering speed and buy PC boosts to reduce the response of the system, you do not need to think that all pro players have the best, you think that by buying the same devices as them, you will become much better and cooler to play. I myself once played fortnite and was built at a pro level playing on a keyboard from blood and with a logitech g 102 mouse, you can see how I played on such devices, I have a video with highlights on UA-cam who is interested. I don't understand people who are trying to build faster than anyone and bring the mechanics to an unreal level, if you think about it well, people don't build on the pro stage in the fort as in the arena or in the PG, basically all the pro players are built on the same level. As for me, understanding the game brings the pro players to their best level of play. There are many examples where people with a big ping take prizes and consistently play on the pro scene. If you ask me what is the most important thing in devices, I will answer you as simply as possible, without any huge texts, (this is convenience) Convenience is the most important factor in choosing a keyboard, and you should put a huge emphasis on convenience when buying devices. If you go straight into the topic of speed, ping and delay, then about this topic, I told everything in the language of facts from a to z. The stroke length does not affect the keyboard response in ANY way. Depending on the distance at which the key is activated, it will not work faster when playing relative to other switches with a stroke length of up to 2mm. In this case, you will only get possible misklics. Previously, people even complained on cherry MX red that it was enough for them to put their fingers on the keys, as it was already activated. And now the fools from Fortnite seriously do not understand that with a stroke length of 0.2 mm it will be EVEN worse. But at the same time, when playing, when you QUICKLY press the button, the final response rests precisely on the processing by the controller, which rests on the frequency of the USB port. And the 1000Hz usb port costs both in random mechanics - and in the stripped-down Steelseries Apex Pro / Razer Huntsman / TE / Mini. And only Corsair made a 4000Hz (0.2ms) port. But here we are already faced with another problem - yes, the response is actually less. But no matter how you turn it, you will not feel this response. And I don't need to talk about the ending of screens, as one pseudo-expert reminded me. The reaction speed and what frame rate a person sees are completely different things. Your reaction will not allow you to react so quickly that the difference in response between 1ms and 0.2ms will play at least some role. And the maximum reaction speed of a person is 150ms, but the average for pro players is 200. Therefore, when you decide to write about the fact that you feel the difference between warmilo and areh - at the same time, you say that your skill is cooler about players who earn millions in tournaments, who do not prove anything to anyone, but just play, win, and chop cabbage. Then what are you doing in the comments, proving something to someone? Why are you still not doing NaVi great again? But we have moved away from those There are just a bunch of factors that affect why you can't feel or even see the difference in response in any way 1. The monitor response is at least 8ms on the fastest TN matrix with a 240 Hz scan. Let me remind you, the fastest keyboard = 0.2ms, and the average response is 1ms. You are not something to feel. You won't even be able to SEE the difference in response. But, let's say, the monitor came out without a response at all, everything happens so instantly that it is difficult to distinguish the smoothness of movement from the real one, and the hardware allows you to pull games in 500-2000FPS (dreams, dreams ...). But then we go further, why don't you feel the difference 2. Response on online (not local) game servers is always at least 8-10ms 3. Rendering frames takes at least 5ms All these factors do not just run in parallel, but are summed up, and in some cases also multiplied. For example, the ping of servers in CIS countries can reach up to 200ms. Then clicking in the game occurs after N ms ping x on the response of your devices. That is, with a ping of 200 and a keyboard response of 5ms, the action will occur in 1000ms or 1c. But no matter how you use this argument for conclusions like "well, then you need to squeeze every millisecond out of every device" - remember about item 1, and your reaction speed can still reach a maximum of 150ms, if not more. And if you scrolled through all this for the sake of short conclusions: stop doing bullshit in search of the fastest devices and just get high from HIGH-QUALITY ones that you will enjoy playing with. The games were created primarily to get pleasure, and not to compete, whose pussy is longer, whose skin is more expensive, and who has less response. In the end, the faster you learn to enjoy games, the faster you will start to beat everyone, having any devices at all. If a tearing mouse interferes with getting pleasure, there are good reasons to change it. But the keyboard has absolutely no effect on your gameplay, it is solely your tactile and acoustic preferences.
Both are great, but the Wooting features are kinda gimmicky, like why would u need hot swap for a keyboard that is known for its stock switches. The apex pro mini kinda makes more sense from a optical keyboard standpoint. but onto pros and cons of both Apex pro mini: PROS: Better sound (Subjective and opinion) Cheaper In stock most of the time Has wireless capabilities CONS: 0.2mm response to the wooting 0.1 not hot swap (But honestly why would the wooting be hotswap) Wooting 60HE: PROS: Faster actuation Cool features software in browser CONS: Expensive as hell Always sold out Sounds worse (Again Subjective and opinion) No wireless

@@travzyyy fact
@@travzyyy I have the G Pro Wireless TKL915 now. It's plugged in 99% of the time, but when I want 4k120hz on my Oled in the living room, it takes 5 seconds to unplug it and use it for that instead. I rarely use it, but a nice-to-have when I need it. One (hdmi 2.1) cable from my desktop to my TV in the living room and I'm good to go.
Thanks for the Comparison because i have the Apex pro mini and thinking of getting the wooting 60 he. Should i keep the apex pro mini or not?
Buy the wooting because the software alone is what helped me buy mine.. apex software is garbage
Keep apex pro mini it now also has rapid trigger and it can also go to 0.1MM if you updated it so they’re the same now but Wooting has a better engine
Biggest turn off for me on wooting is that it does not have an angle riser, unlike Apex pro😅
The Wooting being usable without the massive piece of bloatware that is Steelseries Engine is a clear winner for me. I don't want to spend another dollar on Steelseries gear if that thing is still alive.
Yo this was a fire vid
wooting 60he is better because of rapid trigger. Its a 1 sided debate
now the apex pretty much matches it cause it now has 0.1 mm
I order the mini with cable , some bugs that I must know ?
@@luks6436 nope
@@luks6436yes one thing the rapid trigger is bugged it makes it type by it’s self so be careful of that bug
Dude wtf is this switches section, like does bro even know what a hall effect switch is ?
I've not used a stock set of keycaps on any board in a decade.
i dont like my apex pro mini.. my W key doesnt go blue anymore out of nowhere, its like green...
The osu keyboard
i hate all steelseries, the shit broke/breake easly. love my wooting, game changer
The apex pro also have rapid trigger
I just bought the wooting rn and im waiting, comes like on march
i got it too, did u like it?
An emplyer of steeleeries recommended your channel
If you ask me what is the most important thing in devices, I will answer you as simply as possible, without any huge texts, (this is convenience)
Convenience is the most important factor in choosing a keyboard, and you should put a huge emphasis on convenience when buying devices.
But we have moved away from those
There are just a bunch of factors that affect why you can't feel or even see the difference in response in any way
But then we go further, why don't you feel the difference
2. Response on online (not local) game servers is always at least 8-10ms
3. Rendering frames takes at least 5ms
All these factors do not just run in parallel, but are summed up, and in some cases also multiplied.
But the keyboard has absolutely no effect on your gameplay, it is solely your tactile and acoustic preferences.
smart boy moment but ur right in some points
“Whose pussy is longer” “chop cabbage”
Wtf are you saying 😂😂😂
why did u type a whole essay over this

Wooting better, maximum difference
Both are great, but the Wooting features are kinda gimmicky, like why would u need hot swap for a keyboard that is known for its stock switches. The apex pro mini kinda makes more sense from a optical keyboard standpoint. but onto pros and cons of both
Apex pro mini:
PROS:
Better sound (Subjective and opinion)
Cheaper
In stock most of the time
Has wireless capabilities
CONS:
0.2mm response to the wooting 0.1
not hot swap (But honestly why would the wooting be hotswap)
Wooting 60HE:
PROS:
Faster actuation
Cool features
software in browser
CONS:
Expensive as hell
Always sold out
Sounds worse (Again Subjective and opinion)
No wireless
Pretty sure wooting 60he is cheaper, and hot swappable is better especially when you pay this much for a premium keyboard.
Your list makes me think you just watched videos on both keyboards and took each persons criticism and made it your own. The Wooting is better in every single way possible.
because theres extra lekker switches that come with it, so if ubreak it u can hotswap a new one
Hotswap is good for lubing, makes the 60HE sound better than the Apex Pro Mini any day of the week(or if you somehow break a switch). The Wooting is way cheaper than the Wireless Apex Pro Mini.
@@ertgb_ Where are you and the other commenters looking at prices? The mini is $120 and the wooting is 175.....
