Have been fortunate in my life to have sampled luxury resorts as this with my late wife. Had she been alive we would have delighted in this Time + Tide. Sadly now in my seventies I seek the life, so I now trip to Cuba twice a year, same beaches quality villas and fantastic company. Beautiful location/hotel sadly not for a solo traveller. Great Video. I was fortunate also, resorts in Diubai, Oman, Morocco and my favorite country Spain. It isn’t the same traveling alone now. Make the most of your travels and good luck to you.
you are my favourite youtuber - definitely, without a doubt. You are a great cameraman, secondly you record in the first person view - as if we are there with you. This is unheard of in the 21st century - everyone is just too keen to have their face plastered in a first class cabin, 5 star hotel, next to a Kardashian etc.
then we have peaceful background music and the sounds of nature - as opposed to a dance-themed long drawn introduction, and you write your explanations instead of speaking them out.
I watch these daily or second daily.

@@joanavaz1882 As I recall from memory, the lowest high temps are in June and July 28 C and 83 F. Highest temps are in the high 80s F in the other months. Can be a lot of rain in certain months.
I find them just as peaceful. And I absolutely love the music.☺

I like the open space concept, but toilets without doors are not luxurious, I hope there are villas with normal toilets too...

Out of most of the videos I've seen on this channel, this one is definitely a favorite. They've manage to meld wild untamed beauty with uninterrupted elegance for optimum enjoyment of nature. What a stunning place. My favorite part despite everything, haha is the singing performance at sunset. What a way to celebrate the elements and experience the beautiful culture of Madagascar ❤️

Sublime beach and sea - just amazing this place!
The natural beauty of the island is outstanding as is the location of the hotel. The gentle lines of the hotel integrates well with the softness of the setting. Very serene and peaceful. It’s the perfect hotel for somebody who’s run ragged and needs to get away and settle down. I think it looks lonely and boring. I would much prefer to be in Monte Carlo where there’s action. Brazil. Nice, the Italian Riviera. Venice. Vancouver Island. San Diego. Saint Bartholomew. Puerto Vallarta. So many beautiful beaches in the world. Little islands are getaways, I like being part of life. Exclusivity it’s not mutually exclusive with solitude.
Beyond beautiful. It is especially nice that the resort is so harmoneus with nature and is beneficial to the vilige. Time must stand still there.

Being a doctor in South Africa, is absolutely brutal and so I wish for my son, that he may experience the beauty, of some of the resorts, you've showcased.☺
Can i be honest here, what i don't like in resorts like this one here, is the welcome performance that they do. Gives me colonial time vibes and it bothers me.
But overall hands down to the best luxury travel youtuber
I felt that way, too, and was going to ask the Doctor if he felt at all uncomfortable about that greeting but didn't comment. That same kind of greeting occurs at some other resorts like Laucala in Fiji.

I’ve been watching your videos with great interest ever since I discovered your channel, as through them I can see amazing places I’ll never be able to go to personally. The videos of Miavana and Soneva Jani are by far my favorites, with the trip to Bhutan a very close second. On the other hand if I ever do win the lottery I have my first vacations already planned... lol
Turning 40 in a few days, now this is my next vacation spot, subscribing cause you are revealing beautiful gems in my continent....

I saw the artist SHAG (MY ALL TIME FAVORITE POP ARTIST) all in this resort!! it had his flavor style in all the interiors of this beautiful place. i think i would love to visit this resort first....after i hit the Lottery!! TOTALLY FANSTASTIC!!!! FREAKIN LOVE IT!!!

The old small Samsung tv just standing there awkwardly kinda takes away from the breathlessness of the villa
Indeed Lukas, It's much more the location of the resort that is exclusive than the resort itself, the beaches are truly of a breathtaking beauty and they are indeed exclusively reserved for the guests.
Although the accomodations are nice they are not the most exclusive, in the most exclusive accomodation the carpets wouldn't be curled up and with stains on it from previous users, the chairs wouldn't look cheap and uncomfortable, the lawns would be fresh deep green instead of looking like abandoned gypsy camping fields.
The dishes are mouthwatering attractive to look at like they are prepared by the best French Chef but typically for Africa covered in flies sometimes.
The surroundings of the resort consists of a very ordinary looking wilderness mainly shrubs and schrub-like vegetation, no wonder 70000 palms were planted otherwise there would be only bushes and low growing plant life.
The "wine cellar" isn't a cellar at all, and no self respecting sommelier would allow that select wines are exposed to direct daylight all the time.
It still is a gorgeous place to stay at with everything in place to have a great time but it isn't the most exclusive, I know this is sponsored content but this partiality is way over the top , it's obvious he is bought.
