DELICIOUS RICE DISH! MINCED MEAT RICE
Let me show you how to prepare this flavourful and absolutely delicious One Pot Minced Meat Rice.. Easy to prepare and makes the ideal side for lunch and dinner.
Ingredients
RICE
4cups
4 Cardamon pods
2 Bay leaves
1 Cinnamon stick
Beef bouillon seasoning
41/2 cups Water
2 tablespoon Sunflower oil
PEPPER MIX
2 Large Red Bell Pepper
3 Garlic cloves
2 medium Onions
MINCED MEAT RICE
1kg Minced Meat
4 tablespoon Sunflower oil
Seasoning- Curry powder, Thyme, Beef bouillon seasoning, Salt)
Cooked Rice
Garnish with Green bell pepper
