Miguel Baptista a mix Knob!! Of course-- you just saved me so much grief, more and more if a pedal dries the have a mix knob it's useless- check out wren and cuff pie green fuzz pedal- it's for a bass but sounds great in guitar and has a mix knob
What pedal would you recommand for some echo effects at a reasonable price. I really liked the Blue Sky one, but it's really expensive. It would be my first pedal and I have a Bassbreaker 15w for an amp.
For the analog delay, MXR's Carbon Copy is one of the most popular and one that I like. I own a Way Huge Aqua Puss which is also nice, and i like the Seymour Duncan Vapor Trail. If you are into digital delay, there is the TC Electronic Flashback Delay (which looks awesome and I will probably buy) and there is the Boss DD-7 which is a classic and not that expensive.
Abel is right and I also think the Carbon Copy would be a keeper and a good suggestion. If this is your first pedal check out Alter Ego 2 by TC. Its for sale for nearly half price on PGS. It does so many things I that I have to go back to rewatch the vid to get reinspired to dig deeper.
Sounds pretty nice! Still looking for a flanger that captures that "Starship Trooper" tape flange sound. I'd get the Catalinbread tape flange but I'm a singer so I can't hit the button whenever I want. Maybe Mr. Black's Tunnelworm?
Good question. Doing a decent Stewart Copeland impression on a software must be absolute hell to program ! To me it doesn't sound like a software on this video, but if I'm wrong and it is... Then it's tremendously good !
Bruno Bailly z,sounds electronic drum kit played by a person. programmable drum instruments can sound just as good when you get used to using them. It's not that hard.
andy plays andy
andy should do a lesson on how he tremolo picks with his fingers.
And a lesson on each song he playes
More like 10 lessons...
How is that head with hands playing a guitar?
Wasn't the best outfit choice for the video was it? hahaha
Mike Cap Like a god, my friend.
this is an amazing sounding Flanger! Damn I've already got a Super Radical on my wish list, now this!?
Driven to Tears.... way cool!
5:09 Lullaby. Thanks, Andy!
Brilliant pedal from a great company!
YES! ANDY PLAYING ANDY SUMMERS!
this one, the Moog MF, or the Subdecay Starlight MK2 ? so hard to decide...
Wow! It was made in a confidential stateside facility.
Makes me wonder if it was clinically tested to sound exactly like a flanger. lol
Driven to tears...by Andy! ;)
Driven to Tears... You badass, you.
Alexander make some stunning pedals.
Driven to Tears!
Da$&it ANDY!. You're killing my wallet!!!
It's called pedal fever ...
I get GAS everytime i watch proguitarshop vids as well
What's the last song? I KNOW I've heard it
Sounded like a Police song.
This sounds amazing. And a goddamn mix button, which every modulation should have.
Miguel Baptista a

Oh thank you very much Andy! Now I know that I NEED a damn flanger!

Driven to tears - The Police

You want the Strymon Deco. Andy did a demo of it playing Starship Trooper. Check it out!
Sweet! Thanks Peter Gabriel!
+DNKOTOR You're very welcome! If anyone knows prog effects, it's me.
Has Andy ever played the same song twice?
Anyone know which song Andy's playing at 3:10?
This is like the ultimate 1980's porno pedal.
That riff at 7:34. Sooooooooo siiiiiiiick.
YOU ~ ROCK ! !
Put the beer down, Hank
wow
wow...
Andy! Yes!
Just out of curiosity, how do you get your drums? A human drummer or software? If the latter, what do you use?
Good question. Doing a decent Stewart Copeland impression on a software must be absolute hell to program ! To me it doesn't sound like a software on this video, but if I'm wrong and it is... Then it's tremendously good !
Yeah, my guess is it's a real drummer - sounds too intricate. But some of the software out there is damn good!

Not that hard but bear in mind it's Stewart Copeland we're talking about here...
Bruno Bailly I know what you're saying but odd timing is easy when it's on a graph and there are even ready made patterns to start you off.
