      Wow, you're the first person to ever give us a super chat. We appreciate it so much, Fred 🙏🏿❤... Takoradi is definitely a place you should check out it has a port/harbor, so I'm guessing that's why the Chinese and Lebanese are attracted to the area.

    Glad to hear you're going to start planting soon. Some fruit-bearing trees take years to produce, so it's good to plant them as soon as you can. The video length is just right. Loved how you chronologically shared all that you accomplished on your trip. Getting your Ghana card is awesome! It allows you to do other things like SIM cards and banking. One Love🥰

      Contrast that with some other videos some other are putting out there their experiences - one bad encounter after another. Sometimes the energy one brings to any situation determines how favorable or not the outcome, OR you guys have just been lucky. 🤷🏾‍♂️

      @MohamedAli-ly7jo We were gonna move to Naroibi, but the logistics are far away for family our to fly, plus my wife is Ghanaian American , and her family is her making it an easy transition for us. I was torn at first but will be visiting Kenya as I love what I see, especially the countryside and the beach. I'm not a fan of city living because of us aging and living in these busy US cities.

    Hi guys. Thank you for the video again. I have a quick question regarding getting your land registered. How long will it take to get the land registered and how much was it to get it registered? (I know you said you went to the office and the process was easy, but was that completed in the same day or was that just to start the filing process? I was told it could take 12 weeks to register.)

    • @BlairsNGhana
      @BlairsNGhana  Місяць тому +2

      Price varies, and you're paying to start the process, which they do a search to see if everything is good. It may take a day or before they give you that information. Then, it takes about 5 months to receive your finale forms.
