The surveyor advised that we place some material on the land, to keep people from trying to claim my land. Building a concrete fence on my property was the first thing I have done.

I understand the sealing of those windows bc my apartment room would get water running down the walls and I WOULD HAVE TO CLEAN all that water out. I will come back soon just need some time😁💛

Most African countries are a free market for those who knows what they are doing....less government regulations has huge advantages. America is trying hard to be like Africa...no taxes for your homes, no tax on tax for goods and services and you can do what ever you want on your property without having the government coming after you for some BS regulations.
