It'd be nice to see the ski base after each brush step. What is one looking for to know the brush step is complete? Should the base be shiny or dull? Should one be able to see the structure clearly?

Hi. Thanks for the question. You're done brushing when it stops coming residue from the ski wax.

Thanks. Horse brush is not necessary if you follow this procedure with a steel brush

Hi thanks for the video. I was told that the steel brush should be used before waxing? Otherwise you remove all the wax. Is steel brush and bronze brush the same??
    Thanks

Hi. It is nice to use a steel brush to clean the base before you wax your skis. After the wax has cooled down, then scrape it off with a Plexi scraper and then brush it with a steel or bronze brush, and polish it with a nylon brush. (Hand brush)
