Every time I listen to this song I close my eyes and see that last day of summer. Sitting at the end of the dock with my feet in the lake, sipping wine, and wondering where the days went.
John Francis Well, I enjoy how it builds. But it does go slow again. Plus it's difficult to have a near 10min song without a build-up. That would make a poor song.
I didn't think that Blue Rodeo still had this much heart and soul in them. I have always preferred Keelor's songs to Cuddy's. This song is a big surprise. It's such a hard-hitting song. I thought they were more or less riding the waves these days. This is coming from a fan that thinks Nowhere to Here is their best album. (even though it is their worst-selling)
Blue Rodeo continues their tradition of their best songs being named after Jessica Alba shows (see: Dark Angel). Kidding - this is a fantastic new album though
Brilliant band, brilliant song, brilliant everything they do.
Thank-you Mr Keelor! A lifetime of listening!
One of the best songs on the album. Ah, who am I kidding, they're all brilliant.

Melts my spirit like butter!
the first 2.30mins of this song is amazing.
What about the rest...?
Alec McGrath I guess I kinda just wished it stayed slow the whole song
