Great pointers. The big 5. If only beginners would adhere to these 5 amazing exercises for the first few years of their lifting life, rather than waste their time with accessory exercises. there would be a lot more muscle in the world.
nah minimalism is stupid. First few years? Try maybe 1 year before you start seeing weak points that could be supplemented with other exercises. For example, there are no pull ups here, no curls, very little rear delts, very little hamstrings (deadlifts don't count -- they're mostly glutes and quads -- you need romanian deadlifts).

Pull ups and dips are up there with these too… Also dumbbell single sided variations of these are superior in my opinion, but that is means for argument for a lot of people. Barbells have their place, especially when trying to build strength quickly.

Sir, I am buying some equipments. Dumbbells and barbell. Need some advice. Should I buy gloves for weight lifting ? What will be the ideal length of the barbell for a all purpose strength training ? 5ft or 6ft or 7ft ? I will mostly do compound exercises with this barbell.
well, thats your personal problem use gloves if you want to (I wouldnt recommend it bc your going to sweat) but length of barbell doesnt really matter aslong if it is comfortable
I hate power cleans. I don't do them. I like to stick to the five exercises he just listed. Along with other less-known barbell exercises and bodyweight workouts.
Barbell curls in the squat rack is the best one for me
Barbell curls is more of an isolation exercise try close grip chin ups you build your biceps forearms and lats it's a compound exercise 💪
