It broke my heart to see her abandoned and scared. She probably felt the rocks were her babies. I can't understand how people can be so inhumane. Cruel.
She's a cute dog. Bless you for rescuing her. She needs to be taken to the veterinarian. I would be taking her to the veterinarian immediately, where they check for ticks and fleas. As well as, exam her for any underlying condition. People like you are a blessing to all the rescued dogs. Hopefully, she will be adopted by a forever loving family.

I wonder if this is a true story?🤔 For a abandoned dog is this cute dog in a good shape. Even his fur is recently done at a dog groomer. I think the puppies are somewere at the house. And another thing; a dog can not life on rice only. There is nothing in it that is nutritious for the dogs. Give the dogs some dog food, raw meat. Rice is not healthy for the intestines of the dog. Only when a dog has diarrhea then rice with cooked chicken is good. But when the poop is good, give the dog meat.

My comment is just for Sister Meilina Purba, who stated that the dog was only given rice and could have been given beef and etc, actually the reason for this is that the most people have for meals is rice, and if lucky something else like fish or lentils or maybe greens, but it's usually rice! I think, with the circumstances, and financial situations of the working class, and giving for the poor and needy, isn't easy and giving for the animals, is even more harder!
This person is a farmer and is doing the best he can, and he's feeding the animals, the same stuff he's eating, in fact the puppies and kittens are doing even better, they're drinking Milk!
This why it's important for us to help out financially as many of these rescuers as we can, on a regular basis!
