nice video with no pauses, no tricks.
do you have adjustable mounts? how many moas or milrad you need for that distance?

thank you, yes I don't like edited videos that have no informational value. At this distance the vertical correction was 95mRad. I use a custom made periscope device my called a MOABooster that clips onto the scope and adds the desired number of mRads (I have a set from 40 to 230 mRad). It is much more comfortable as the shooter has exactly the same grip and alignment as for shooting at normal distances of 100-400m.

It will be interesting to see which was affecting the vertical spread... MV SD or BC SD? Or both...?

this is fairly simple and I usually know what the result will be. I use the Applied Ballistics Analytics program and its WEZ (Weapon Employment Zone) feature, which will show inaccuracies based on individual inputs ( both vertically and horizontally)
This shot is specific because towards the end of the shot the pressure in the bottle was running out and therefore the muzzle velocity started to decrease. Measurements from LabRadar are not directly from this video shooting.

HEY as a fan and as an proud owner of altaros m24 i have a few questions
    i have noticed some anomalies
The rifle seem to be losing air when the bolt is not closed. Strange ?
is it posible to damage the valve by accidental discharge . i had and accident i presed the trigger without closing the bolt . nothing failed it seems its fine the velocities are good too.
the accuracy is great but needs velocity tunes to further enhance it with the atp 49.5 grain smooth slug
When will the adjustuble base be available separately?
    Dream gun
cheap stock but i want to make my own but it needs a lot of carving for the action

it is best to write to our email and provide more information ( where do you think the pressure is leaking from when the breech is not closed and what is the pressure drop over time).
So far we have not considered the possibility of purchasing a separate adjustable mounting rail, as the original rail is attached to screws that are glued, otherwise they could loosen due to high power.
The plastic stock helps to keep the price of the rifle at a lower value, and an all-dural stock will be available this year.

I want to be one of the first customers in the United States! When will this be possible?

For sales to end customers in the US, they need to negotiate a contract for airugn transport to the US with UPS, so far everything is in negotiation.

Will the .25 cal achieve longer distances or better accuracy at 1000 yards compared to the .22 cal?

    • @AirgunRegulator
      @AirgunRegulator  Рік тому

as I already stated in another similar question. If the basic airgun barrel is taken, then the .25 will have the advantage of a better BC with the heaviest ATP King type slugs. But if it will be possible to use a special barrel, such as the .223, then the .22 has the advantage of a slightly better BC.

    What's your muzzle velocity?
