Pardon me to intrude, but placing an apostrophe after the "s" in "planets" implies that we as humans have established life on other planets. May Mr. Hawking finds peace in the afterlife though, he deserves his eternal rest.
ivan terrible don't try to turn this around. You obviously were referring to our planet as in "our planet's IQ dropped". Not only did you not accept the fact that you had made a mistake, but you felt the need to spew falsity by declaring that an apostrophe after the "s" marks possession, which is completely wrong because ('s) demonstrates possesion as it is and the apostrophe is only placed after the "s" when the word itself already has a "s" at the end.

Of course I don't think the wording is the best for a 3 year old, but I just find the humour that goes into Galaxy Song requires a certain level of cynicism we wouldn't have if we were in a better place as a society.
This made me drop a tear. The whole python montage, made me realise, that there will be a time, with no pythons being alive. We all remember Graham Chapman, who died of lung cancer, quite early in 1980, and Terry Jones, who has been diagnosed with demensia. Amazing to think, that from a little show from the sixties, recorded onto film, they now still make content, recorded in digital 4k, fifty years later.
